Here at Stoneridge we are committed to providing an excellent customer experience. So earlier this year we asked customers across 7 European countries to complete a short OPTAC helpline support satisfaction survey. 748 customers responsed with some excellent results:
* 96% of our customers are satisfied overall with OPTAC helpline support
* 98% are satisfied with the attitude and manner of the helpline staff
* 96% are satisfied with the accuracy of information provided
* 97% are satisfied with how Customer Support Representatives are able to answer their queries
Every year a high number of our customers respond to our surveys and the feedback is really appreciated as it helps us to improve our products and services.
