Customer Support Engineer - German speaking

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Technical Support Team for a Customer Support Engineer.

You should have a good Computing degree (or equivalent experience). In addition you must be bi-lingual and able to communicate in both German and English fluently (written and spoken).

This role would be particularly suited to someone who has a strong background in software and hardware technical support, combined with a real interest in technology.

Strong analytical, diagnostic & troubleshooting skills are essential combined, with a sound working knowledge of computer hardware/software systems (e.g. various Windows OS, SQL servers, Scanners, etc.), and the ability to test software.

Our Customer Support Engineers deliver effective technical customer support to our growing customer base, delivering solutions to both technical and non-technical end users while also supporting a wide range of technologies.

The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), be an outstanding organiser and have motivation to go the extra mile for a customer. Ultimately, you will be a person our customers trust. They rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.
