Hints and Tips

In order to ensure that you get the best from our recrutiment procedure, we have compiled a list of handy hints and tips to help you complete your application and prepare for interview:

Applying:

  • Take time to prepare your CV and covering letter, this is the first impression we will have of you
  • Highlight the skills and experience that are relevant to the position that you are applying for
  • Your employment history should be in reverse chronological order, starting with your most recent position
  • Draw attention to what YOU achieved in a previous role/project/task, rather than focusing on what was achieved by the team
  • Tell us your reasons for leaving past roles and any career breaks/gaps
  • Ensure your preferred contact details are correct, clear and on your CV/covering letter.  It’s especially important to check your preferred e-mail address and phone number. You may miss out on your ideal job if we are unable to contact you
